Bobby, great article re. Heartland Lutheran High School. While I say that I want to make one correction since I was one of those who met in the early 90's to get this school off the ground and have been involved ever since. The correction: You state…

Class A and B State Tournament Predictions - Updated

It’s been two weeks since I have checked the “System” and how the high school basketball crystal ball is shaping up . A few things have changed in the 2 largest classes as far as predicting how the State Tournament will formulate and eventually turn out, so let’s turn the clock ahead once again and peer at how accurate this “system” is to this point in time. It’s getting awful close now, basketball fans!

GINW Rally Falls Short as Holdrege Prevails.

From my little cubby hole high above the floor at Northwest’s gym the temperature felt very comfortable, but from down on the floor during the first quarter of the Northwest-Holdrege boys basketball game it must have felt like the North Pole to the Vikings Monday night. An zilch from the floor 1st stanza, aided by a pressuring Duster man-to-man defense, left GINW with a 46-38 loss in the 1st Round of the Central Conference Basketball Tournament.
The Vikings suffered through an 0-9 from the field… Continue

Bobby, enjoyed reading prep football highlights from week 1. A running back you need to watch is junior, Seth Wardyn at GICC. Week 1 he had three rushing touchdowns and a 62 yard kickoff return. He played only three quarters against Superior. He will be in action Friday night at GISH's memorial field.

Hey Mr. Mills,

I am a new member here, but I was wondering if there is a way to send private messages? I would like to ask you something through actual e-mail, but I am afraid of leaving my address out in the open.

Bobby,

Love the site. Some one who talks sports and who has been there. Not an armchair athlete who talks the talk without the cred to go with it. Keep it up. All my respect!
